LIFETIME WARRANTY

Express Auto Hail Repair provides a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on hail damage repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty applies only to defects determined by Express Auto Hail Repair to be the direct result of our workmanship and is valid for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable.

Coverage is strictly limited to the repairs, panels, and operations documented on the final repair order and approved insurance estimate. Express Auto Hail Repair reserves the sole right to determine the cause of any claimed defect and the appropriate remedy.

This warranty does not cover previous damage, unrelated damage, mechanical or electrical issues, structural concerns, environmental damage, rust or corrosion, improper maintenance, abuse, commercial use, or damage occurring after repair completion, including subsequent hail events. If the vehicle sustains additional hail damage after repairs are completed, this warranty is void for affected panels.

Repairs performed outside the approved insurance scope, declined operations, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Any alteration, adjustment, or repair performed by another party without written authorization from Express Auto Hail Repair voids this warranty.

Manufacturer warranties supersede this workmanship warranty where applicable. If a condition is attributable to the vehicle manufacturer, OEM materials, or factory paint, the vehicle owner must pursue remedy through the manufacturer. Where manufacturer coverage is available, Express Auto Hail Repair has no obligation to perform repairs unless such coverage has been formally denied.

To make a claim, the vehicle owner must notify Express Auto Hail Repair and allow inspection at our facility prior to any outside repairs. Failure to follow this process voids warranty eligibility.
