When I arrived I was greeted at the entrance even before I could get out of my vehicle. Julian and his staff immediately began to explain the process and all of the ins & outs involved. While my vehicle was being looked over Julian sat me down in his office to give me some history on the company and to further explain the proccess. By the end of the appointment I felt like I had just had a long conversation with a family member!
