Job Description

Express Auto Hail Repair is looking for candidates who have great attention to detail,  terrific communication skills (verbal and written), masterful organizational traits, the ability to utilize CRM and project management tools to keep track of tasks/activities.

No prior experience is required for this job. We will train the right person. Is that you?

Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: SHOP ADDRESS

Contract / 1099

Does not include benefits

Responsibilities:
‍

• Order parts needed for every vehicle
• Check up on the status of ordered parts
• Sort and organize parts
• Ensure that all parts are here for said vehicle
• Return wrong parts or damaged parts
• Fill out customer intake forms
• Take vehicle photos 
• Fill out and manage parts paperwork
