Job Description

Our Sales Representatives will train alongside a veteran rep to learn the process of identifying vehicles with hail damage, learn to build trust and rapport quickly with vehicle owners to solidify the sale, set appointments for 3-minute or 1-hour custom estimates, develop community awareness and company reputation, and utilize effective direct marketing and direct sales skills to generate leads.

You're responsible to speak to vehicle owners who have hail damage and offer them our 3-minute Express estimate. Our product is FREE. We pay the customers deductible, they pay nothing. We even provide a free rental if needed for our customers.

Responsibilities:
‍

• Providing meaningful interactions with leads and providing simple information regarding fixing a customers hail damage
• Continually keeping a pipeline of new customers via conversations in neighborhoods (door to door) or parking lots
• Keeping accurate records of leads in our Canvassing tool & CRM
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday and some Saturday's
• Pitch and Perform 3 Minute Estimate

• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet (great physical exercise)
• Represent Express Auto Hail Repair professionally
• Must have reliable transportation
• Technology proficient - must be able to utilize mobile applications
